Owner hands out contracts, better taxes than CA, good weather during the season, and close to LA.
I am loyal to Tucson but talent is pretty great in Phoenix. Think too stupid to get into a UC.

Guerschon Yabusele is a pretty big name, as is Thanasis Antetokounmpo. I bet there are a lot of big names GSW can realistically get. Maybe a call out on Georgios Papagiannis?

For players, it absolutely is.
Yeah, I know, but not for normal folks. I lived down there for 2.5 years right after college (in Placentia - worked nearby in Anaheim) and couldn't stand it. The traffic and smog were absolutely brutal.
Not sure how I didn't realize this, but Martin's contract is insanely good. Signed for another 2 seasons at 8.75 per and has a PO for 9.3 for a 3rd season.
Send out all the 2nds, bring on Caleb and Jval.

great weather for about 8 out of 12 months, lots of outdoor activities. Reasonable real estate for millionaire families.
