First, not sure if this is the appropriate thread, and I may have posted it before, but its a great article with interviews with a group of NBA scouts. Many people post what I would call naive posts when it comes to what a GM bases his draft decisions on, and I think this article shows how much information most GM's have at their disposal. In fact, one could say it's amazing how many mistakes are made despite that. Anyway, if you haven't read the article, I think you'll find it extremely informative.
