NBA and State Come to Agreement for LOU

Sacramento has done a pee poor job of developing anything on the river front except for that little area of restaurants along Garden Highway.

Yes they have, but there's always the opportunity to do it right. This could be one. Also the whole stretch of river from there pasy the new Sutter's Landing park on the river to downtown are ripe for some great river development. Hopefully they get that right.
