I didn't spend time giving some interesting notes about the team's improvements and non-improvements as I did last weak - and I didn't calculate each division/conference average this time around.
I was simply too lazy after a big loss to DAL
Well, Dallas takes over the #1 spot with Utah dropping all the way to #4. These ratings have shown that when a team rated/ranked high, just a couple of losses can dethrone them quickly. S Antonio dropped to #9, which really has me questioning the credibility of these ratings. I think Toronto made the most drastic rank improvement, jumping to #16, and being the #1 rated in the Atlantic Division. Orlando keeps playing top-notch. Nice winning streaks from Phoenix and Detroit has given them a bit of a jump. Again, most of the top half consists of mostly Western Conference teams. Sacramento only drops down 1 spot, but improves their rating +22 points.
At one point they were rated higher than the Spurs.
