Monarch Fans Be Proud!!!

Purple Reign

Starter
As I stepped foot into the Arrowhead Pond tonight, and noticed that the building was 80 percent empty, I said to the Lord, "LORD, I AM PROUD TO BE A MONARCHS FAN". Those that are in Sacramento, you would be proud because Monarch fans rolled deep tonight at the Pond, and we were very loud and Sparks fans were very annoyed at us. It was a great feeling to see others from Sac come and support this outstanding basketball team.

And after the game, the love that the players gave back to the fans for their support was wonderful.

As we push towards a back to back titles I will continue to thank God for His blessings and the priveledge to support the Sacramento Monarchs.

Monarch Fans feel proud....SEE YOU BACK AT ARCO!!!

It was great seeing all the Monarchs fans there at the Pond. I'm proud of ya'll! :D It was nice to see Yo go over and celebrate with the fans, too!

Could someone post the picture with the fans and Yo here? My dial-up connection just doesn't want to let the Yahoo photos load. Either that, or at least give me a hint on which of the 11 pages of photos to try and look at?

Thanks!

Weren't they saying something about Coach Whiz trying to talk Yo into staying one more year to mentor the younger players?

Oh, okay. I'll go back and check. Thanks, MBF!!!

EDIT: Major props to all who made the trip. Talk about representing Sacramento!

You can see Yo say she is not retiring on WNBA.com

Watch the press conference with her & Kara and you can hear it with your own ears. Sweet!

Indeed thank you for being there. And, do you know who held up my Beat LA license plate sign? I am so grateful that you all were there. On TV the crowd looked like half were for Sacramento!

Oh, okay. I'll go back and check. Thanks, MBF!!!
