Personally, I thought Moore was a decent signing when GP signed him. I thought he would definitely be a good PF in to fill a huge hole. I think he can jump higher than the Kings other PF's, puts his body on the ground and can run without the ball, all of which I think are better then KT or SAR.
I'll jump on the bandwagon now, I think Moore Sucks, he needs to produce more. I thought that he would be able to contribute to our team. However, when we look at past seasons of Moore's effort something doesn't seem right
Year MPG FG% FT% RPG APG BPG TO PPG
2006-07 26.4 60 68 5.1 0.9 0.6 1.43 9.8
2007-08 25.6 37 91 4.3 0.9 0.3 1.71 4.4
Career 16.3 53 74 3.6 0.6 0.3 0.93 5.6
Other Stats generally don't show that much change
In English this means Moore's FG percent dropped from 60% to 37%, Rebounding is down from 5.1 to 4.3, and scoring is less than half in about the same amount of time he got in NJ. Moore is 32 years old which is on the older side but I still think he has a few years left (only this one with the Kings though at this rate).
Well obviously, Moore isn't going to shoot FT's at 91% (11 for 12) for the whole season. I really think that it is too early to judge players for this season. Yeah, Beno Udrih had a good first game (where everyone was praising him), but he had some major suckage last game.
I hope Moore can produce what he did last season in NJ, or even close to his career stats. If that happened, I don't think everyone would be saying he's sucking so much
