Mike Bibby to join the Heat

Mike Bibby, who will reportedly reach a buyout with Wash. and give back more than $6 million for next season, intends to sign with Miami.

He has to clear waivers first and there's the standard disclaimer that something could go awry, but his intent is to join the Heat.

Hope Bibby wins something but i hate the heat... mixed feelings.

Oh man. Can't exactly say I blame him but I hate to root against him since I've followed him since he was back at UA.

On that note... He won a NCAA championship, good enough for me.

Agreed I'm a huge Bibby fan, still one of my favourites, used to watch the hawks to see what he was up to but hmmm i do not intend to watch the heat but thats a big upgrade for them.

that really sucks but i cant blame him for wanting to win something before he retires. i dont know if it will be lakers and heat this time. I have a feeling san antonio will come up big in this one and thats who ill be cheering for.

This is funny news, seeing as on my NBA2k11 i signed him to the Heat 2 months ago.

Go Bibby! I hate the heat, but id like to see Bibby succeed, even though he was a douche when i met him.

I still pull for Mike too. I've always hated Boston, and not much of an Orlando fan, so I could root for Miami. Bibby's a winner.
