Interesting read. I think the grades are pretty reasonable. The FO grades are a bit too generous, because people still like to shift the blame from fan favourite Vlade to Vivek. Cousins getting something other than an A feels strange, but I'm one of the persons, who doesn't give a crap about his antics. Gay is valued a bit too highly, from my point of view.

I agree it is an interesting read..I don't agree with some of the stuff. Cousins needs an A and I would give Joerger more of a B-. The FO needs as low as it can get, I would go with a D- or F
