Maxim: How to hit a Clutch Shot (Mike Bibby)

Sofa King

G-League
Hey I was just browsing through this month's Maxim and saw that they had a little tidbit that featured Bibby! With some people ripping on Bibby for that one bad game I thought it would be nice to stick a positive one in here :D

Haha, perhaps not the best time for Mike to be giving pointers on shooting. Here's to hoping he gets his s*** together Tuesday night :)

I have faith that he will. mike is usually a very consistent performer and this being the playoffs and all i see him stepping it up. whatever was bothering him hopefully will be resolved and he will be free to score 35+ points on tues night.

go mike!!go kings!!

I'm have 100% confidence that Mike will step it up for game 2 as well as the rest of the playoffs; don't you?

I assume you're joking, but Mike's track record speaks for itself; he is Mr. Clutch!

Just as the article points out, he's not afraid to take the shot; other than Mobley, I don't think there's another Kings player who can say the same.( I don't know if Peja is afraid or not, b/c he never asks for damn rock as soon as the 4th quarter starts :))!

I also think Peja is afraid in the fourth but I've seen him open so many times vs Seattle and they never pass him the ball except Brad and Tag.

You assume correctly; I was joking. I don't remember Mike ever being MIA two games in a row, and I think he's ready for a breakout game. I wouldn't be surprised if he explodes for 30/10/5...that would be awesome, and very much needed.

I actually don't expect Bibby to have a great game tomorrow. More likely will be a good, but not great game, maybe 6-14 for 18 points and more assists - 7. My impression of him is that he doesn't make drastic changes in success from one game to the next, but rather he does over the period of a few games. I do think it is very possible that before this series is over he'll have a big game and/or a big fourth quarter to lead the team to a win.
