Smart has got to be the only coach that somehow finds a way to play 3 different point guards and 3 different shooting guards in a close regular season basketball game. props to him

Smart most certainly is not a coach of any kind. We would easily have 5 more wins if not for his rotations

Well, we got our answer as to can Smart manage our backcourt when everyone is healthy. Still can't make the hard decisions, whether or not it works tonight against against this tired Mavs team.

This lineup Smart has in for the Kings is like the strangest thing ever, its a little early to start tanking no?

What's weird is it didn't happen for the first 34 minutes of the game. The rotation was fine the 1st half and the first 10 minutes of the 3rd

Evans appears to have found his stride. The odd lineup has only let the Mavs close the gap by 1 point. Cousins is getting some rest and Jimmer and TRob are getting some good minutes. All in all, I'm sorry to disagree with some of you, but I don't see a real problem with this lineup at this point in time.

Problem I've seen, this year, is when a bad idea like this works, it gives Smart confidence in that bad idea, he tries it the following game and it ends up killing us. The Utah home and home comes to mind.

Without Reke, we would've already lost the lead with this lineup. Reke is making Smart look like a decent coach right now.

Besides Smart feeling like he's Vince Lombardi after tonight, this game is way closer than it should be. W/o Reke, it would've been way worse.

I mean what the hell. Never been as pissed as I am now at Smart. The lineup was crap to start with and he leaves it in for 8 minutes..

Smart has completely taken this team out of rhythm, if we lose i will be laughing so hard at how pathetic and unecessary that lineup was. There was just no logic whatsoever in playing that lineup other than making sure everyone gets minutes, as if this were a Sunday league for little kids.

I feel like every game, the kings take less shots than the opponents about like 10 shots..... If it wasn't for the Mavs shooting at a lower percentage we wouldn't even be leading. The kings need to step it up with rebounds and defense.

He's incredibly Bipolar. He goes from a lineup that has the size of a high scool varsity team to one of the biggest lineups we can throw out there

Wow. Some of you could suck the joy out of a mega-lottery win. I feel sad that what used to be a joyous thread, especially with games we were winning, has become nothing more than one compliant after another. This has been a good game and I've enjoyed it. BTW, that's how a coach loses you a game. Team was playing great, we had a 12 point lead, and one absolutely horrifying lineup gave the Mavericks momentum

Mavs are gonna go at DMC to foul him out now. Cuz is smart though and is pretty good at avoiding that.
