I just thought he was for a number 2 pick. I want to see him demand the ball more on offemse
Jaren Jackson sure didn’t need 2Maybe in his SECOND ever NBA game.
Jaren Jackson sure didn’t need 2
Bagley only had 6 and Giles 3Jaren Jackson also didn't rebound the ball

Jackson mostly just lobbed up shots that fell. I didn't really see much shot creation from him either. If he takes the league by storm being a 7 foot tall Steph Curry I'll be surprised.
24 of his 29 points came from threes. If that's what you want out of your big man go ahead then and join that club. It's not what I want out of our big guys. One hasn't played in over a year and the other put up 18-6-3 in 25 minutes.Jaren Jackson sure didn’t need 2
His shooting stroke is still a little disconcerting.
This, I saw Jackson and while the shooting was impressive, the rest of his game was just ordinary. Didn't look very fluid with the ball or trying to create offense. He was hot from the outside for sure but I don't know that form scares me.Jackson mostly just lobbed up shots that fell. I didn't really see much shot creation from him either. Wagner spent a lot (like a shockingly large amount) of time on the floor. He looked good and he hit shots but he didn't out muscle either of the bigs. At least not regularly.U mean never criticize a player? Cuz if u couldn’t see Wagner pushing Giles around u r blind. It’s gonna be worse in the league
And he had the distinction of both being posterized by Bagley and rejected multiple times by Bagley.Wagner spent a lot (like a shockingly large amount) of time on the floor. He looked good and he hit shots but he didn't out muscle either of the bigs. At least not regularly.
I did enjoy when Harry put Moe on the floor and put back the free throw missWagner spent a lot (like a shockingly large amount) of time on the floor. He looked good and he hit shots but he didn't out muscle either of the bigs. At least not regularly.

Bagley looked alright.
Pros- Good touch on shot, inside and out. Motor is as advertised. Nice poster dunk. Bounce works for blocks.
Cons- Defensive IQ was not there, especially on pick and rolls. Offensively, had spacing issues. Reliant on left hand.
Thankfully the negatives are mostly coachable.
I see a high floor but low ceiling player. Happy (not wowed) to have him on the team.
