Malcolm Brogdon is the one

Brogdon was often the second most important player on the Bucks in the playoff games he played. He isn't coming to the Kings to be our third guard. He's so solid all around, no real weaknesses. The only concern is that some fear his foot problems could be chronic.

He wouldn't be a 3rd guard. He'd be the starter.

You still have him sharing time with two of our top three players and three of our top five. It will take an over the top offer for the Bucks not to match.

it actually does matter to the player left off the starting role. If brogdon is the guy left as the backup pg/sg then the $20 mil a year thrown around for him is a big price to pay for a backup
Barnes can flex to the 4 and Brogdon can play the three in spurts. He held it down pretty well against Kawhi in the Conf. Finals.

I personally would start Brogdon at the 2 for defensive purposes. And let Bogi and Buddy light up their second unit.

I also wish we traded for Sabonis the moment Turner left the game and got the hell out of the way for both Brog/Sabs they actually won a game.
Brogdon and Sabonis would help some of the issues we’re currently having (2nd player who can break down a defense & find the open man and a more physical presence down low that can secure the glass).
