Make your freethrows

common this is the NBA not high school games, make your freethrows...and possibly we win......is it that hard to make 2 shots with no one guarding you?..but overall we were in there till the end that's the main thing....maybe next game we'll make freethrows and pass the ball better and win the game..

AD missed 2 to give us a chance too. If Mike makes 5 shots we win easily. If Bobby makes a couple of his 3's we win easily. If Peja scored in the 4th we win. If....If...If.

i think what diehard jim was trying to say was that we didn't attempt as many free-throws as seattle did. not about the misses. and this is true, seattle went to the line more and the kings' as usual didn't get many calls!

Well, since the team has almost entirely different players since game 7, 2002, the fault must lie elsewhere. Personally, I'm betting it's a problem with the lettering on the uniforms. Something about them causes a flux in the space-time continuum and guys who can usually hit every free throw miss. It's not because their shot is off as far as aim and distance is concerned. It's off because the ball is in the wrong space at the wrong time.

Well we did miss some critical ones by quite a few of our players down the stretch. If we had made those, we would have possibly been up rather than needing that 3 to take the lead that Bibby aired.

Free throws, rebounds, and Bibby's game will be the 3 keys to game #2.

the problem was that the announcer kept saying that bibby would catch on fire every time he touched the ball, he jinxed him...... everytime an announcer gives praise to this team the suck. remember last year against minny, the announcer kept saying that peja hadnt missed a freethrow, then what happened? he missed 2 in a row that would have sealed the victory...

the same thing happened to antonio daniels last night.... damn finley in disguise...

I agree with the freethrow thing but it's gotta be nerveracking to have crucial free throws with 18,000 crazy seattleans screaming at the top of their lungs. Never done it so I guess I really have no comment on what it must be like. Thred does reming me of the two Kenny missed late and the one Mobley missed late. Three points gone and we lost by three.
