Looking at the Positives for the New Players and the Game

What a game that was!! What a finish as well! Wow, Chris Webber traded 3 days ago, comes back and plays his first game with the 76er's against his team he played with 3 days ago, and misses the game-tieing shot!!!

The new players played excellent!! I will post there stats:

Corliss Williamson - 7-11 field goals, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 17 points
Brian Skinner - 2 blocks, 1 assist, and 1 steal
Kenny Thomas - 5-12 field goals, 10 rebounds, and 16 points

What a start with their team! Now with some more positives to the game:

- Great game by the new players
- The fans got to see what the new players are capable of doing
- Getting to see Chris Webber with the 76er's for the first time
- Cutino having a great game to show his family and relatives what he is doing in Sactown
- Some more rest time for Peja

To add, we got some major improvement on defense, rebounds, and second-chance points. That is a great sight to see!

Cutino didn't actually have a great game. He hit some shots late but for the most part of ineffective. A HUGE win for the Kings. I felt bad for webber for missing the last shot.

What I liked was more boards and 42 points in the paint. If Mike, Brad and "The Cat" would have had a better shooting night, this game would have been a blowout. The new guys looked great. Just think what it should be like after they get in sync with each other. Note: CWebb was a class act all the way through this. Best wishes to him with the Sixers.
