Suppose Ranadive decides to hand you the keys to the Kings and you also take on D'alessandro's role. What would be the first key things (in order) on your agenda as owner?

Remember: THIS IS YOUR TEAM!

Hire real coach with experience George Karl
Hire GM with solid NBA basketball experience, FO track record of success
Announce that every player on Kings is available for trade except one

I kill two birds with one stone by hiring George Karl with a contract that gives him final roster authority. Now Pete is just a cap guru with a fancy title and he can stop speaking for the organization. But he works for his paycheck, he doesn't walk away with the cash. Pete gets the broom closet office too, George Karl's secretary can have Pete's old office.

I give a raise and title upgrade to Phil Horn the ticket guy. That guy... he's a real credit to the organization - smart, social media savvy, and an overall person of high character. And his marching orders are to cajole the STH with over-the-top freebies and perks so they renew for this last season in the Barn. I need to fill the Barn next year somehow - even if it means cutting ticket prices.

I do something about the infernal wi-fi in the Barn. It is just simply not up to snuff. So I call in some favors from some high tech buddies and get that thing figured out.

Demote Corbin and keep him
Hire George Karl
Fire RAT face
Have someone with a lick of Basketball in their blood own the team
Draft a stud PG in the upcoming draft
Package DC, Dwill, Sessions and Landry for Backup PG and Backup Center
Let Nik get more playing time for the remainder of this season and see if he can make the leap next year like Ben has
Run the offense through DMC not ISO Rudy. Have PG drive and dish to DMC or open 3's for Ben & Nik
Have DMC average 30 and 15
Have Rudy average 20 and 8
Have Ben average 17 and 5
Have Nik average 9 and 4
Have new PG average an abundance of assists and a steady assists/to ratio
Win more than you lose
Build a foundation based on culture, chemistry and team work ---- DEFENSE
Allow the hot hand to keep shooting no matter position, starter or scrub, home or away game, etc.
Understand that it is exciting to win. Do you remember how you felt the entire game or how you felt when you lost in the last 3 minutes because your run and gun no D style killed any chance of winning? It's not how you start it's how you finish
