Yeah, watching the Suns and the Lakers kind of p***es me off. Did you see how many times the Suns allowed the Lakers to penetrate, or left Lakers five feet open for threes? I wish we had that luxury against the Spurs...

At least the Lakers came out ready to play.

And that, at least, makes it a little easier to swallow. I think Phil will do what he does best...make adjustments..and hopefully they'll play better defense in the first and squeek out a win in game 2. I can only hope.

People have long accused Phil Jackson of only being a winning coach because he has a packed team. Well, I think this year he's showing that he can do quite a bit with one superstar and a bunch of role players. Not bad, not bad at all.

i watched bits and pieces of the game. i have a feeling kobe will take over the next game. i hope it does happen because kobe put up fantastic numbers against the suns this year, i think 45 PPG, and they lost 3 of 4 games, the only one they won was a tank game by the suns ( no nash)

and as always, i'm glad the lakers lost
