I have to say, I could not agree more. I'm really not a fan of Hinrich at all. He's OK, but overpaid. Don't want him anywhere near the Kings.

He's way better than beno. It's not even close.
Maybe if it was beno, KT for Hinrich +filler. Plus, there would have to be other trades to keep the salaries down.

Yeah I think he can be a starting guard on a BAD team and a backup guard on an average/good team. He is never going to be anything great or anything remotely close to amazing.

It is close. Anyone who thinks Hinrich is still a player worth even considering hasn't seen him the last two seasons. He's completely mediocre. His defense is better than Beno's but otherwise they're practically identical. His contract is terrible. He's 28, too old for a rebuild. This is not even worth considering in any form at all.

I'd do anything except take on mediocre players whose contracts run past 2010.

Why would you want to get rid of KT? I would understand that few seasons ago when he was playing and taking minutes off our young players.. but now hes just rotting at the end of our bench and his contract will expire in 2010..
