Having a 6 foot guard helping over in the paint and running out to shooters is pure disaster waiting to happen.

The Kings are playing the typical five-out defense, with two guys on the weak side stationed near the lane. They need to play strict man-to-man and never leave a guy open at the three-point line.

The last play was a case in point. Monk was near the lane and had to rush out to defend against the three, failed, and fouled.
