Well, First of All™, when I made those comments, there wasn't a game to concentrate on. And, second of all, I suppose I could have just let the comment alone... But, I think you've known me long enough to know that I wasn't gonna.

But there IS a game on now. Can't we table the non-essential discussion until it's over? It's not like we're not gonna have months and months of time.

Everything about tonight feels weird. Smiling faces, fans having fun without reservation, no broken seats in the lower bowl... and all the toilets work.

I keep remembering watching the interview special Webber did with the Big O on NBA TV, where he commented about how it bothered him a little how we show him more love than Milwaukee, a city that he actually played in, and won a championship with.

That must be one of those things that I simply don't grok, because I've never lived longer than five consecutive years in any one spot. The idea that I would only follow a sport and/or only root for a team because they were "local" is an alien concept to me. I don't have any sense of "local" or "hometown."
