Did Ben McLemore hit his head or something? He's playing much smarter than he has to this point in the year?

He stopped thinking as much - there was nothing to play for in this game for both teams. Summer League has similar style, so hopefully he builds on this there.

It seems to me that both Ben and Derrick are in their own heads a bit too much during the games. I had the same problem when I was a player and it's why I realized that competitive sports were not going to be in my future. I don't know what it's going to take for them to get comfortable out threre, but talent is not the problem. I've seen both guys make incredible instinctive basketball plays in the heat of the action that they probably don't even know how they did it. Somehow, someway they need to figure out how to get to that place and stay there when the bright lights are on them.
