After beating the Lakers we've got a trap game in the Rockets! Holmes, Jones, and Thompson are all out (as is Woodard) so there's possibly some more time available for everybody's favorite Portuguese player!

Go Kings!

The Houston Rockets pay a visit to the Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center on Friday night.

The Houston Rockets have been in a major slump as they’ve lost 11 of their past 13 games overall, but they will be aiming to build some momentum in this one after snapping a three-game skid with a 128-124 road win over the Spurs on Wednesday. Eric Gordon led the team with 31 points on nine of 10 shooting, Christian Wood added 23 points with 11 rebounds, Kevin Porter Jr. added 18 points while Jae’Sean Tate chipped in with 13 points and seven assists on six of six shooting. As a team, the Rockets shot 54 percent from the field and 16 of 36 from the 3-point line as they squandered a 12-point lead, before making up for it with 37 points in the fourth quarter to escape with the much-needed win.

Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings have been in a real funk lately as they’ve lost six of their past eight games and they will be looking to build some momentum after stopping a five-game skid with a 125-116 home win over the Lakers on Wednesday. De’Aaron Fox led the team with 29 points, Harrison Barnes added 23 points on nine of 14 shooting while Marvin Bagley chipped in with 16 points and nine rebounds. As a team, the Kings shot a healthy 55 percent from the field and 11 of 30 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in trouble after allowing the Lakers to pour in 67 points in the first half, but they responded with 40 points in the third quarter to take full control after trailing for most of the game.

I think we beat ‘em by single digits in a nail biter and a confident McNair reiterates his “we don’t need to tank, we’re peaking at the right time” stance.

Not sure if Sengun is playing (hard to keep track these days), but if he is he’s gonna drop 20/15/8 on us in limited minutes just to troll those of us who wanted him over Davion.

Buddy goes off for 30…… shot attempts. How many of those go in? Will it be enough to get him jettisoned out of Sac? Tune in to find out…

Marvin Bagley and Jalen Green being dudes taken directly ahead of franchise altering stars

Remember when a bunch of people were like “Lol we don’t need Kevin Porter because he’s bad culture” or whatever? Lol

Christian Wood picks up his third foul which is unfortunate for him because he was on pace to break Wilt's record.
