Why does Westy take all the starters out at once? I think it would be a better idea to keep either Tyreke or Cousins on the floor at the same time. But when the starters are rolling, why take them all out? Play a couple startes with a couple bench players. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

I don't understand how fans can notice this but a paid staff of guys can't. The bench always kill any momentum the starters built. Sure, they kept it going and caused Dallas to call a timeout, but Westphal should realize that you can't ride that spark for long. After that timeout, Reke and Cousins should have came in.

You know the saying, quit while your ahead.. this means you Luther.
 
Prediction:

We have the lead at the end of the 3rd.

Westphal starts the 4th with a Pooh/Head/Greene/Landry/Dally lineup.

Mavs go up by at least 10 before he re-inserts the starters.

We lose.
 
Donte, like Jon Brockman, is a guy I want on the Kings for his entire career. No one has had a harder time cracking the rotation, no one has been jerked around more, and he is still the first guy off the bench cheering everyone on. Love his attitude.

Between you and me, I figured He Who Must Not Be Named was G**** A****, but I don't know what he had to do with basketball?

I would say that he deserved to be in a Hall of Fame of a different sort...
 
Might as well bring in Pooh for Cousins, if we're going to get silly.
 
As long as Westphal doesnt trot out his usual "start of the 4th is automatically garbagetime for some reason, even if the Kings are in the game" lineup...We could have a chance

Nothing says "comeback" against the third-biggest team in the league like a three guard lineup.

Reke/Head/Pooh/Landry/Dally....

...Well, at least Reke is out there. Its not like he's been playing like crap since the 1st. Oh wait...
 
I don't give a crap what anyone says; Reke should NEVER play the SF spot. Westphal can't be the future coach of this team.
