If moe or Harrison go down he is the starter. Only seems right to get him a few min here and there. I guess I understand I’m close games but if he doesn’t get time and we are still up big in the 4th tonight then if I was him I would not be as cheerful lol

See Richauns brothers tweet above. Holmes waited, and waited actually IIRC. There were early rumors that the Hornets were interested in him then nothing. I think Holmes came back right after news broke that Oubre Jr. signed with them? I think. Either way, they likely could have had him since the Kings were capped at what they could offer.
