Bogdan is out tomorrow. That's disappointing.

Rockets beat Warriors.
So if we beat the Rockets, we're automatically the best team in the NBA.
Go hard tomorrow, kids.
Really? Buddy made 42.8% of his 3 pointers for the Kings during the regular season last year.
Whats the Harden rule? Have the rule change gods answered my prayers?
Well unless last year post trade was a fluke I'd have to disagree. The coaching staff needs to focus more on getting him easier shots. Too many times in the preseason did his teammates look for him to create and just stood around as 2-3 defenders hovered over him.
too small of a sample size IMO. Lets see how he does for a full season. Those numbers aren't realistic throughout 82 games, he will come down to Earth. I'm hoping he doesn't fall face first into the ground.
Buddy can make plenty of shots when the bright lights aren't on, but then the game starts and he starts building brick houses

After last night watching Boston vs Cavs and seeing Gordon's injury, I did not want to see basketball for at least few days, but it's the Kings tonight, what can I do, have to watch it.
BOLD PREDICTION.
Play-offs here we come.

Just don't watch Twitter, ESPN or Fox for the next five days tbh then you will be good.Thankfully I was in my kitchen when I heard what happened on the TV. I don't want to see that gruesome injury and have no plans to. Prayers to Hayward for a speedy recovery. Both games last night were entertaining, the second half of the Cavs-Cs and Rockets game was epic.
I said I think Jaylen Brown has all-star potential and in absence of Hayward he is going to increase his usage and development. Jaylen Brown has potential to be a Top 20 player in the league. Tatum picked his spots in the second half when he was ignored out there but I am still NOT a fan of his game. In Game 2, Eric Gordon looked amazing. PJ Tucker was a great pick-up for HOU and their floor spreading schemes. Chris Paul could be out tonight with sore knee. GSW were on pace to score 140 points at half-time but HOU kept playing. They are a tenacious bunch.
I was keeping a close eye on Capella to see what he does that Willie does not. Capella has better intuition where to be on the floor. He is more decisive. He has better timing and balance. He also changes ends more consistently. He is also quicker off his feet than Willie. HOU also only ask Capella just to catch and finish and less initiating their offense from top of the key. It may be necessary to tweak our offense so Willie does NOT have the ball as often at the top of the key. He needs to be primarily finisher a la Capella not an initiator.
projecting lineups?
starters:
Hill
Temple
VC
Randolph
Koufos
rotation:
Fox
Buddy
Skal
Willie
Chris Paul may be OUT this game. He sat out the end of last nights game with a knee bruise.
Wow, a lot of negativity and the season hasn't even started. Is this what we can expect from you the next 8 months? This doom and gloom attitude?
Who is to say what is realistic and what isn't when a player is in the process of discovering how good can be?
Who is anyone to put limitations on what a player can achieve after one season in the NBA?
If Buddy shot 43% from 3 pointers over 30 games then it is realistic, because that was the reality, not your diminished expectations.
In Buddy's final season at OSU he shot 67% TS which I believe is an all-time collegiate record. That is off-the-chart efficiency.
There's strong evidence to suggest the guy is a natural shot maker and scorer at a high level. This is not opinion. This is fact.
When he was acquired there was the critics who said he could only shoot spot up from the perimeter. Wrong.
He has already shown he has an in-between game, shooting soft floaters off either foot, and strong ability to drive and finish with his left hand.
He is also tireless in his willingness to move without the ball to get to open spots on the floor. He has counter moves to what the defense does.
He also has perhaps the best work ethic of any player in Kings history, at least Top 5.
So what is the basis of this inherent pessimism? Is there any substance to your opinion besides meaningless preseason games?
Ok.
In his rookie 82 game season, including his games in New Orleans, he shot 39.1% in 3 pointers overall last year. Which is still pretty good. I'm expecting him to be pretty strong long range shooter for us for a long time.![]()
39% on how many three point attempts?
Zach Randolph is also out of this game. More time for Skal...
