[Game] Kings v. Nuggets - Monday, Oct. 28 - 7PT

We play like this every night and we're probably at least a .500 team

Improvement on both ends of the court for sure, and the Nugs are a contender, so there's no shame in losing to them.

But I would think we'd need more from our SGs if we want to push .500!

Buddy isn't gonna be this atrocious every night, so I'm optimistic, but Bogi is still playing REALLY dumb and selfish.

It’s sad but for some reason I keep hoping and enjoying the never ending Kangz. I still remember the hope springing from Sarunas and Vincent Askew.

who would you like to have out there instead?

I haven’t had hope in so long.... Then I did when fate shined down and Vlade spit on it with the pick, then the team redeemed themselves over last season, and now this.

I’ll take all they can give, as I said I’m going nowhere.... but it’s harder than it’s ever been right now

Very nice effort by the Kings against a tough Nuggets team. If they give that kind of effort with a focus on playing the right way like they did tonight they will become very good. They've just got to consistently bring it like this every night and get better and better. No regression, please, for the Hornets game.

I think the Holmes-Bagley duo could become very dynamic in time. In a week or so we'll see how Giles plays with Holmes. Should be very interesting.

P.S. That non-call against Fox was sooo ridiculous. They should give him five make-up calls for that absurd non-call.

I'd be really interested to see Holmes and Bagley together but it's one of those things you probably want to experiment a little with first. They essentially play the same role along side the rest of the squad. Again, this year Bjelica is proving extremely valuable in his ability to merely stay away from the action and keep the court spread.

Shoutout to Bogdan for being the LVP by being his usual self.

I can be softer on Buddy for his mental lapses because of his passion. But Bogi took some of the worst shots tonight and he looks like he wants a fat contract and/or to be traded.

Yeah it’s definitely tougher to have real expectations and to get them dashed than it is to just expect them to be the normal King’s

Bogi had a really nice second quarter stint then the Nuggets guards remembered there was a game and he immediately reverted to Bad Bogi.

In the Western Conference it's practically impossible to go on longer than a 4-5 game win streak, and thats for the best teams.

I think we have to see how things shake out. Every year teams fizzle and rise. Even with more of a balanced playing field teams will do so eventually.

Did they really redeem themselves last year? I'd take a more modest trajectory of upward development than what we got last year now that we know it wasn't sustainable.

He did take a couple of dumb threes, but he did have the most assists after Fox in 19 minutes which would imply he did not play selfish.
But I would still have Buddy out there at the end. he can always catch fire.

Well that was promising, defense looked good. Refs awful. I'm not sure if Cojo is worth that contract...Yogi seems to push the pace better and atleast be a scoring threat

Bogi's low turnover number relative to how many absolutely baffling decisions he makes per game is truly astounding.

I think it really only makes sense if they trade Bogi, cause I’m not sure what the point of having them both since Bogi has still largely been the primary ball handler while he’s on floor. Otherwise he is just really expensive injury insurance that prohibits the Kings from extending Bogi
