[Game] Kings v. Nets 11/13/13

MT and IT are playing ye old chuckball together, but if Cousins is not out there, they are the best offensive options. Hayes is only good for setting picks as is.

I'm going to take complete credit for Salmons' play tonight. I should have posted the sushi picture MUCH earlier.

It seems like when we really rag on Fishy incessantly here that he had some kind of ESP about the thread and instead of sucking, actually sucks it up. Well, there's still a second half.

The nets have assembled a stunning amount of formerly great players. I didn't even realize JT was on the bench. And we are not seeing AK-47 tonight. He may well past his due date as well.

Dwill is nothing like he used to be, what happened?
He thought he was smarter than Jerry Sloan.

Only real complaint thus far is Cousins shot selection, and I'm talking about the jumpers of course.

Most of the players are holding up their end of the bargain on defense. Pierce got going a little bit when GV spent some time on him. I wonder if that was intentional by Malone. Hiding Vasquez on the 2 or 3 could make sense in spurts because of Salmons versatility on defense. Not that Salmons is a great defender anymore, but he's fine just about anywhere on that end. I noticed it for at least 4-5 possessions.

DMC just told Grant Napear that Joey Crawford is going to rescind the T. Wow. Totally without precedence.

Ok I just can't get over this. What on earth has John Salmons shown that suggests he deserves minutes? Not just this season but for the last two as well! He may be some sort of team leader, but if he is he's the leader of 25 win teams and a leader of a 1-5 team.

I had the same reaction at the start of the game. Now that we've seen the 1st half it's pretty obvious what the strategy is. The midget-scoring 2nd unit needs size on the floor hence Outlaw playing with the second unit. Outlaw is even playing as though he was told that the 2nd group needs him to rebound.

This has been by far the most enjoyable basketball so far this season. It looks to me like the coaching staff has figured out player combinations that work.

Nice move by Joe Crawford. Shows that he respects how far DMC has come. Not to mention the face foul that wasn't called that set DMC off in the first place... ;)

They need to tell Ben to stop dribbling. That's never been his game. He just needs to take pull up jumpers.

BMac looking like 20 year old rookie tonight - needs to go much stronger to hoop. Also, not dribble in a crowd but find GV or someone who can.

Bmac needs to work outside in. Just driving to the paint with no idea of what he is going to do lol. Rookie has to learn
