Conspiracy theory: The Sacramento Kings flipped home uni to "Sacramento" and away uni to "Kings" due to possible franchise move. "Kings" on the road no longer highlights current location, but fans on the home court can have it to stare at.

Seeing the whole uni, I like them, for the most part and think they are an improvement from the previous unis. I was planning on a new jersey to replace my Bibby one and I was hoping I'd like them.

I wish both uniforms could have displayed the bold "Kings" on front rather than he home saying Sacramento and the away saying Kings. Other than that, I'm very impressed and I think they have a very clean style.

This whole tempest in a teapot about "Sacramento" being on the front of the jerseys overlooks one very real possibility.

It's a common expression: "It's the name on the front and not the name on the back." Well, maybe just maybe the Maloofs wanted to stress SACRAMENTO to the home folks to underline their determination to keep the team here.
