KINGS TV PRESEASON GAMES

#6
Now I have the same problem as I have had the years since I moved out of Northern California.
NBA tv or regulate my self to only a few games a year.

It usually goes something like this:
Really enthusiastic for our team,
then after the realization that something smells (coaches, bad players) I have a regrettable period.
Then usually about half way through the season I enjoy the games the most as I like to see a new player or two or three break out.

Oh I checked yesterday and it will be a little while till they let me sign up.

Go Kings!!!!!!!!!

it says here that all the Suns preseason games will be streamed live on Suns.com "through the RISE Network". not sure what that is and whether it requires a subscription of some sort: http://www.nba.com/amp/suns/press-release/phoenix-suns-release-2018-preseason-schedule
It would be extremely pathetic if the Kings didn't have a stream themselves. This is the first NBA Preseason action between the #1 and #2 picks. There's no reason not to have a stream. If I recall correctly, it was last year or the year before, the Kings had a stream that lasted a few minutes and completely cut out afterwards. You can't be taken seriously as any type of professional sports team with stuff like that.

It's no surprise two of the worst run franchises of the last decade will not televise a preseason game featuring the #1 and #2 picks. Meanwhile the Mavs televised their game against the Ducks from China.

to be fair, the Ducks game was arranged SO it could be televised as its probably part of NBA's push to expand its audience..

I just find it weird that in a market like Sacramento, with no other show in town, it doesn't make sense to televise every game.
not sure if the lack of TV is Suns responsibility as the home team or could the Kings have it even if the Suns dont..

Seems silly not to have broadcasts for any preseason game when they do all the summer league games
Yeah it does but I believe ESPN and NBAtv play all the summer league games so in this case the onus is on the individual team's stations like CSN or whatever they use. They've dropped the ball. No idea why they wouldn't televise the game. The programming on that channel is pointless outside of airing live games.

edit - Saw that a stream may be up on suns.com. No idea if it's free or anything but it's worth a shot to check it out this evening.
