Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

Coming off a good game against the Lakers, the Kings travelled to Portland late last night to face the Trailblazers this evening...

We're seeing heart and hustle, energy and enthusiasm (excitement) on a regular basis and it is, IMHO, a great time to be a Kings fan. And I remind everyone again to enjoy every step along the way...

Tonight's game is supposed to be the first game back for Mikki Moore. Word from the morning paper is that he'll come off the bench with our kids still taking up some of the starting slots... They had a great halftime report about Mikki last night (no, it didn't feature the infamous "courtside reporter") and he's the ultimate team player and guy who gets it. I think he'll be just fine with coming off the bench if that's what the team wants/needs.

Be sure and check out the game discussion thread. piksi is already in mid-season form. Having said that, he's informed us he'll be taking a bit of a breather. He says it's because he's moving but I have to wonder if he's secretly trying to further his rap career.

Note from earlier in the broadcast: Grant and Jerry mentioned that by the end of November, the Kings will have played 17 games in the month. The only other team to have that same distinction is the Utah Jazz and both teams will have played the entire month with no more than one day rest between games. That has to start to tell on a short-handed team...
