I've been very critical of Sheldon in the past, but I have to give him kudo's. If he can play this way during the regular season, he can win a place on this team. Hawes was very good tonight. He looked more relaxed with his shot and except for a couple in the second half, he didn't seem to rush any.
Although Thompson had a rough night getting the ball to go down, I liked the fact that he took the ball to the basket and didn't just settle for jumpers. If you watched closely, you noticed how quick he is beating his man off the dribble. With experience, he could be very good.
Greene had a nothing night offensively. His defense was fairly decent. He wasn't terrible, but he had no impact. No big deal, and no heat checks tonight.
Bobby Brown was terrific. I don't know if he can play this way consistantly, but if he can, the future looks bright. He's extremely quick, and very composed. Comparisions spring to mind, but I will restrain myself until I see more of him.
Cisco had one of those games tonight that drive you nuts. I guess old habits die hard, and he reverted back to some of them. Lets hope he gets them out of his system during the pre-season. Once again, its just one pre-season game. Not ready to call him a bust just yet.
I'm not sure that Miller even worked up a sweat. He did make a great pass to a cutting Martin early on. Martin was Martin. He looked as though he could score anytime he wanted to. Not exactly and indictment of the Thunders defense, which seemed to turn on and off with no rhyme or reason.
Salmons had a nice game, and Mikki was Mikki. For some strange reason I've come to like him. Maybe we can make him a coach when he retires. One coach for every player, thats my dream. Well, its still early, Maybe I have time to watch the game again tonight.
