BREAKING NEWS: SACRAMENTO KINGS DEFEND A 3 POINT SHOT!

In the waning seconds of a Preseason game tonight (OCT 7th) the Sacramento Kings successfully defended a 3-point shot attempt by an opponent. As the buzzer sounded, Markeiff Morris' 3 attempt clanged off the rim. This isn't a rare occurance except for the fact that, according to sources, one Rudy Gay actually had his hands up and likely was the deciding factor in the miss.

For those not watching, our starting lineup went against theirs and we had like a 25-12 lead. We put in our bench...Collison, Belinelli, Casspi, Butler, and. Moreland. Phoenix finished with like a 15-5 run... Collison and Casspi have been playing absolutely dreadful. No excuse for it...9 TOs between both of them.
I came on here to read a little bit about how the game was going before checking the score. Based on reading the comments, i thought the score was going to be 60-40 or something like that in favor of the Suns, so I was surprised to find the Kings up one at the half when I finally checked the NBA.com
Casspi and Collison 9 turnovers in 10 minutes between them, yikes. Other than than mostly positives, that second unit needed Koufos out there. WCS and Boogie look salivating together on defense. Also im pretty convinced the Cuz on the perimter is simply an experimental pre season thing. Notice after he got dunked on he pretty much exclusively worked on the block. I think Karl just wants Cuz to get some reps playing out there so he can do it in spots when the game matters. Karl isn't an idiot he knows where Cuz's bread is buttered.
Terrific first 7 minutes, solid lineup, great pace and good defensive rotations. RR 6 ast, Rudy very sharp and Boogie following the script. Despite of how weird it might look to see him taking those 3's, if George Karl needs to test multiple solutions, it's now, in pre-season, the time to run experiments.
Collison out of sync, Belinelli won't be every night the one seen in Portland nor the one seen so far today.
Kings' first unit looks well packed...something to review for what concerns the bench.
