They just showed part 3 of the 4 part series about Brad Miller. Very interesting.
First half impressions: Whatever the Kings told themselves about this game, they must have listened.
Not perfect by any means, but it's KINGS basketball. Passing, cutting - although they have reverted to GPAM (green plastic army men) a couple of times - and not taking that first quick shot (although there were a couple of lapses in that area, too).
Peja looks like he really wants to be there. And that's a joy to see. Bonzi is playing with his usual intensity. Bibby is clearly directing the offense and not just being another player on the court. SAR is doing an adequate job, but I'd like to see him work more in the post. Miller has been much more agressive, with only one glimpse so far of anything resembling a pout. And that might have been imagination on my part...
I was not impressed by KT's performance but Garcia and Hart didn't make too many mistakes. SKinner has been doing exactly what we need him to be doing when he comes off the bench.
Now the tale will be towards the end of the third quarter and beginning of the 4th.
This game doesn't suck, however, and that's a vast improvement...
GO KINGS!!!!!
