Hall of Famer
I did not watch the game last night because frankly right now I can think of many, many things that I would do than watch the rest of the garbage time in this season. Some of those things would be root canal, colonoscopy, anything on bravo channel or even lakers lose like they did last night;). Therefore, I can't talk much about it. I can't even post the awards from last night so if someone can - that would be nice.

The game tomorrow features a 11-25 home team and 10/27 road team so You know what kind of game is expected. Neither team needs to win and neither really knows how. So, as ling as both teams play hard - it would be okay. Next week we have 3 more meaningless games before we play lakers on Sunday. Now that is somewhat worth spending time on.

And the sad thing is, this will be among the last good shots the Kings have at winning a game this year.

Apr. 3: Clippers come to Arco
Apr. 11: Trailblazers come to Arco
7 other games: against Western Conference playoff teams who will be fighting for position.

I don't know who it is at the NBA that thinks we want to end the season with a Lakers game every year. We also played them for the last game of the season in 2007, just like we did in 2002, it was Apr. 10 in 2003, Apr. 11 in 2004, and Apr. 10 again in 2005. 2006 is the only recent year when we didn't play them in the last few days of the season. What's with that?

Maybe they think it's a rivalry...

;)

I suppose. Although when April 15 rolls around, and I have the chance to see Bavetta try for a repeat of his 6th Man of the Year performance in Staples, I know I'm going to go for the fun: taxes.

Kevin Martin needs just 15 free throws to tie Reggie Theus for seventh place on the career free throws list in the Sacramento era (1,154).

Gee, maybe that's why Theus is sitting him for extended periods of time.

;) (kinda)

After this game, I'll only be able to watch one more game on TV, since I don't have NBA League Pass. So I'll be watching. Too bad Hawes is out.:(

Beautiful dunk by Sheldon after the whistle! Reminds me of OP;)

I kinda think that the motivation of "Hey, these are a very poor road team" is stronger than "Hey, these are a very poor home team." Well, at least that's what Seattle is proving right now.

wow ron, you really think in 4 seconds you can dribble the length of the court and post someone up and spin move and try to score.

Has anybody figured out why the kids are not playing? I mean, is there really any point to the starters playing real minutes for the rest of the season? The only thing I can think of is to put them on display for trades, but that really does not make sense to me. Can the other team really learn anything new at this point. Their playing only increases the chances of injury and decreases the kids' experience.

the maloofs want to win more games than last year to show progress

but if we play defense like this i don't see us winning any games for the rest of the year
