Well, the kid just turned 19 and Kings would have to pay $500,000 (max NBA allows) as part of his buyout. Poor Jonas would have to pay rest out of his pocket. Then and only then could he be in a Kings uni for 2011-12. Otherwise, have to wait at least a season for his services - so we could have him maybe by age 21. I agree, he's very intriguing big man and possible at #7, if not taken off board earlier.
OK, I don't watch Euroleague or college guys at all. I don't know how reflective of all his talents this video is or not.
Based on this video - no thanks. 3 minutes of mostly non-athletic dunks? 2 blocks and only one shot outside 10 feet from the basket? Is dunking all he brings?
his per-minute rebounding stats in Europe are comparable to those of Kevin Love and Dwight Howard in the NBA

Pretty impressive when you consider it's much harder to rebound the ball in European ball. That said I don't think anyone should expect him to average 14 boards a game in the NBA.
I'm really confused on why teams like the Spurs and Thunder are interested in moving up in the draft to get this guy. He isn't anything special IMO.
