Thanks for putting up the videos. Great to get a little insight into what goes on and how the guys are doing (even if it is a little difficult to make out who is who).

Sweet move by Calathes in there. Also a pretty drive and dish by Williams.

DeMarre Carroll was looking really good, running the floor well and has better ball handling then I thought. He could transfer quite well to a SF.

Yeah, DeMarre Carroll actually looked quite good in those tidbits--jumper looked very smooth, and he looked like he could handle the ball some and run the floor. I'm not completely sold yet, but I can understand why some are willing to take a mid to late-2nd round gamble on him. Hard worker.

AJ Price was also raining 20 footers very well from what I can see. But that's not terribly surprising--the guy was a good three point shooter this season, and unfortunately we didn't see many glimpses of his athleticism or passing ability, things I have reservations about

The others didn't seem to stand out to me that much. Calathes didn't look good defensively at all, and we knew he could shoot. Terrence Williams, perhaps the most hyped of the bunch, didn't catch my eye.

The only two I like from this bunch is Calathes and Williams. Carroll maybe he's growing ever so slightly on me, but the rest--Damion James, AJ Price, Ellington--have quite a few flaws that I think we should just outright avoid even looking to draft them.

Heh -- see this is the thing again about these workout vids -- either every single player we bring in shoots 100% from the field (call it the Douby effect) in our workouts, or basically we only get to see the hits. Which means these things jsut aren't terribly useful in telling who can shoot or not for us fans. Its like a promo mixtape.

isnt calathes going to europe, why is he working out

He will definitely be in Europe next year, but he is remaining in the draft. He has a very reasonable buy out as well, so basically, the team that drafts him will be able to save some money this year and stash him overseas for a season before he comes over.
