Good afternoon, fellow Kings fans!
Been a cold but fair day here in the forest. Just the perfect day to catch up on my board reading, do some chores around the house and put the daffodils and geraniums out on the porch to get a little sun. They've been inside for the winter, and the daffodils are actually blooming. A nice touch of color for the house.

I ask that you not discuss the game in this thread as it is the only way some of our members have to keep up with the game as it's being played. I must have found the right spot for my various totems, and especially the Peja babuska dolls, since the game Thursday seemed to work out pretty nicely.
So, tonight they are remaining in exactly the same position. In addition, I have my lucky socks, my FAMOUS purple slippers 
, my Bibby jersey and my Kings blankey ready for the game. I've already brought in some firewood, just in case - it may have been nice today but it's still the time of year when the temperature drops like a rock once the sun has gone over the horizon.
I had a good feeling about Thursday's game and I have another good feeling about tonight, although I'm always concerned when the team plays in Denver because of the altitude adjustments. At least this wasn't the second game of a back-to-back so hopefully things will be fine.
I just checked and there IS a House Party pre-game show tonight. I'll be back to share anything interesting.
