Where was your friend and how was she able to see them?
Why couldn't she tell if they were green and white or black and white?

I have to agree with you that this is pretty weak. I bet they also say Shaqramento on them as well.
 
deep green? are you sure your friend wasn't getting them mixed up with the old Bucks uniforms?
 
I haven't seen them in a while but there were some black Kings jerseys on ebay. They were alternate jerseys but i didn't know if the Kings were ever going to wear them. I wonder if that's what she's talking about? They were the exact design of the away jerseys, only black and white.
 
Those are the OLD Kings alternate jerseys. They haven't worn them in a couple of years...but they were worn.
 
she said she saw them on the news i dont know i have been in LA for a week, i would think that they would be on kings.com if they had the design come out but i dont know why she would lie. she doesnt even like the kings that much. But ya never know
 
VF, i am not talking about the old Kings jerseys. I am talking about the ones they have right now. Instead of purple, they were black. I never saw the team wear them, ever.
 
It could be a green. That's one of the few colors never to appear on a Kings uniform before.

Well, if those are the new alternate jerseys, then kings.com lied. They made a big deal of saying the new alts would be in a color never used by the Kings before.

All in all, however, I'd much rather have those than some of the other ideas - like putrid lime green and hot pink - that others came up with earlier in these discussions.

DB, yes those are the ones i was talking about. Saw them on ebay a couple of years ago and then never saw them again.

Not a problem. I just couldn't find a pic to show you what i was speaking of. I just knew the Kings had not worn them. I have NBA league pass and i have seen every Kings game for the past 7 years. I knew i hadn't seen them on the court.

Many teams have "alternate" jerseysthey they've never actually worn. I guess they just want to make more money by selling them to gullible fans.;)

oh yes, hot pink would be amazingly awesome

and sharks are the most friendly animals in the ocean ;):D
 
The Suns use their alternate road jerseys (the orange ones) on a pretty regular basis...anyways I'm not feeling this whole green thing...but at the same time I would like to see what they look like before I make my final decision on whether they're hot or not

question: if a team has an alternate jersey, but never wore it, how would you "see a team that has alternate jerseys that they haven't worn"?

for that matter, if a tree fell down in the woods, but there was no one there to hear it, did it actually make a sound?

Well, for starters, the Lakers have at least 4 alternate jerseys that they've not worn in games. I think the Sixers have a blue one that I've never seen them wear. The Knicks have one that is red, white and blue instead of orange,white and blue. I'm sure there are more that I've missed.
