i didn't blame anyone, re-read my post. i said i didn't know who to blame referring to someone's post saying adelman needed to be fired. yeah it's been a bad week and a half, and some of us are pissed or i guess i should say disapointed, or bummed or whatever. bottom line is when you keep losing games you're suppossed to win people are going to question the coach and players. and we are now only 13 games over .500 with 6 of next 7 on the road against teams better then new jersey.

GO KINGS!!!!!!
That's fair.
I thought you were getting on board with the fire Adelman stuff, after a bad week and a half. But I guess I misunderstood you.

I would love to see you that that BS to their faces...

it's easy to sit back and write about players from a distance, isn't it.

I would love to see them come out and say that they give their best and tried everything to win the game

I think everyone on this team is going to benfit greatly from the time off. Get away from it all, regroup and come back ready for the second half run....peak at the right time-there is plenty of it. Heck, I need to get away....

man what a bummer that was. i really thought the kings would win, but they just dies in the 4th. mike didn't play in the 4th, right??? and webber struggling with the jumper, no peja, thats a recipe for disater.

cheers to the MUCH needed break for these guys, get some RR and R, ger heatlhy, and let's go get em in the 2nd half!

mike played in the 4th.. i was about to cry when i saw him limp of the third..

i hope he's ok..

i'm so exhausted right now.. no more voice left.. makes me not wanna go to school tomorrow! :)

Wow LMM...you're already back!! That was a quick ride home! :D

Hope you had fun even though the Kings lost. :)

yeah.. the arena is near our house..

my god i have no more energy left.. i was cheering at every kings possession.. and everyone who touched it, i said "go (player's name).. then when they're on defense, i chant "de-fense"..

it was so quiet at the arena.. i felt like i was the only one there and the players could hear me! LOL.. i'm sure they don't though.. but sometimes i feel like my voice just echoes cause the crowd was lifeless.. they were more lively when the nets were giving out free shirts and stuff..

i had a whole lot of fun.. would've been better if they won..

i'll share stuff later or tomorrow.. i'm so tired right now.. i need to eat..

Yeah, we were mentioning earlier in this thread that the crowd was pretty quiet. You never know, since it was so quiet, the players could have heard ya! ;) Did you meet any of the other Kings fans from here? :D

Glad you had fun!

Only problem is the teams we are going to play in the second half are getting this same rest. This is alot worse than the slump we had in the second half last year. I am as optomistic as the next guy but 6 losses in 7 games is getting into Atlanta and New Orleans territory.

And each team is going to react differently to the break. Yes the Kings have lost 6 out of 7 but its not like they've been blown out all of these games. How many could they or should they have won? If you are looking for answers, I don't have any and I stopped making predictions a long time ago. I can only give a portion of what I believe can and might happen, I don't know if it will, if I did then I wouldn't be sitting behind a computer screen. There is no need to get all up and arms, yet at the same time blind homerism will only set you up for a hard fall as well. I said before that the Kings are who they are and we have to accept that.

I believe in this teams potential, always have and always will and I am not one to sit here and wallow in dispair when the season is hardly far from over. I don't know, hope springs enternal I guess. There is the possibility of it happening, so why not give it a fighting chance. Its sports, guys. Its supposed to be fun for us, not give us all ulcers. I admit to getting caught up in it all, but it only lasts for a while. I love and support this team with passion and am not going to start reaching for a panic buttons in Feb.

^^ yeah! i met tbear! she was really nice and pretty! and she had a cute little brother, too :D

Thanks LMM!!! :)

The game was so sad to me - they came out with energy and then you could just see them..... lose it! The people in my section were certainly happy they did b/c they kept on giving me dirty looks whenever I would jump up and cheer. The team seems disheartened and as many have said, I think this weekend will be welcomed indeed.

Time to go back to the drawing board and sum up the heart and stuff that they will need to complete the rest of the stretch to April.

GO KINGS!!!!!

yeah.. sadly, i wasn't surrounded by kingsfans in my section like last year.. there were a lot of kingsfans, though.. just not in my spot.. i cheered from start to finish.. then the nets fans there cheered only in the 4th! it was so dead there.. they were more interested in the halftime show, contests, and free stuff.. some nets fans around me were like "where's kenyon martin?"

and yup.. the team was very disappointed by the loss.. even adelman, who i thought would atleast give us fans there a wave or look up just walked straight with his face obviously thinking "what's wrong?" and webb, who always gives highfives just acknowledged us who were cheering and left.. and mobley, as i said in the grades thread just slapped a part of the tunnel cover before going in.. so that was sad..
