[Game] Kings @ Nets Game Thread, Fri 10/29 @ 4PM

A large number of our problems on the court are due to coaching. I know its been only two games so far, but PaulW just isnt putting his players in situations where they can/will succeed.

It sucks that we lost the game after coming back from an 18 point deficit and being ahead by 6-8 points with a couple of minutes left to play. As such, I liked the fact that the team did not give up and just chipped away. They had a bad streak there in the first half when nothing was falling for them. Cisco made some key shots in the 4th. Nice to see that. As others have mentioned, Jackson was a breath of fresh air. JT had a terrible game and Cousins will improve as the games keep rolling on. Kings need to make their FTs!! Let's get the next one and return to Arco 2-1.

Just finished the game, man that one was tough. Rainmaker is right though, no need to go overboard (release JT WTF?). I am in the same boat as Kingster, as you just have to love the physicality of these Kings. Could you imagine if we had Boogie over those last 3 minutes?

I know it's neither here nor there, but I honestly think this would have been a W had he not fouled out. I think things are only going to go up, and we have a very talented team. Which brings me to the people calling out Westphal, you have a point. Apart from giving DJ some well earned minutes, there were a few frustrating subs throughout the game. Life is hard for a Kings fan.

Well i honestly thought we we're going to get blown out there; but we did well on D to drag our way back into the game... but the whole time i just had the feeling we weren't going to be able to win.

Down the stretch we just seemed a slow on offence; reke slows the pace to a stop; which is great if you've got the poise to throw a move and pull up for a mid ranger but he keeps missing those kind of shots, until he hit them shots we mayaswell try move the ball a bit.

What lost this game (and quite a few games last year) was that with over three minutes to go they started to try and dribble the clock down instead of doing what they were doing to get them the lead in the first place.
