Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

The wind has come up, the snow is falling and the worst is supposed to hit sometime tonight. Here's hoping the winds aren't too destructive.

Our win against the Bobcats wasn't really anything to build on, except that it's so much fun to watch Francisco as he rides this hot streak. Now if Martin could just join him, it would truly be entertaining!

More tomorrow - if Mother Nature allows. If I'm not here, it means the power or phone lines lost another battle with wind and snow.

It's still storming outside but the snow level is about 300 ft. higher than where I am. LOTS of rain, though and the wind last night was pretty impressive.

I've got my coffee brewing, the ever-present purple slippers are ready and I'm thinking garlic chowder for later this evening. So, once again, I've done my part. Now the Kings just have to do theirs.

With Salmons out from a bruised thigh, we're gonna see more of Garcia and I have to commend our Cisco Kid for his recent production. Hopefully Martin will get back on track, Beno will continue to be the point guard we need and Ron will continue to be the player we know he can be.

I may have to miss the first part of the PBP. I'm having firewood delivered and I'll need to make sure it's put in the right spots. But it shouldn't take long...
