Kings game on nbatv blacked out but on 444

Hi Fans, I have DishNetwork and it is showing that the Kings/Lakers Game this Monday on NBATV is blacked out and it does not show up on CSNCA channel 409. It is replayed on CSNCA at 11:00 PM. What is going on with this? Who should I contact so that I can watch Kings games this year? Also all home games are supposed to be broadcast in HD and CSNCA only has them in regular definition.

Mod. note: It appears the game will be shown on DishNetwork on ch. 444. Thanks to sauce26 for finding it! - VF21

I was able to watch all kings games on CSNCA last year. The only problem I've had with blackouts was with NBA league pass. Home games that weren't sold out got blacked out, but barring a major change from last year things should be the same with comcast. It's the same contract.

But will the games be blacked out in the international version?! I would be spewing if I spent money on a league pass and have Kings games blacked out!

I tried only the free prewiev last year but no games at all were blacked out. I would like to purchase it too this year, the Kings look way too good/entertaining not to be watched in high def.
I don't know how it is in Serbia but in Italy we have only one game a week on free television (usually Toronto or other east coast teams) so there's not much to black out.

I had the ILP last year and must say that it was money worth spending, at least if you have enough time on your hands. Just go with the free preview and see what kind of offers they come up with in January. I'm probably going to do that 5 team thing with OKC, the Clippers and two other teams I haven't decided on, yet (T'wolves and NYK, maybe).

I live in Kentucky, so I never see them play unless it is online somewhere. Occasionally, when they play the Lakers it will come on at 10:30 EST once per year on national TV. Consider yourself lucky and blessed for those of you who live close enough for them to be on local tv or close enough to go to Arco Arena.

Same problem here. Oddly enough, I set a timer to record the game a few days ago and it WAS listed on CSNCA. Now, like others, mine shows the Sharks game and the NBATV listing shows it being blacked out. Very strange. Hopefully they get it straightened out!

I no longer have Dish. But when there was a Sharks game on, the Kings game would be switched to an alternate channel. I know on Direct TV that channel 698 is the normal channel for the Kings games, but when there's a Sharks game the Kings game is switched to channel 699.

Did you pay monthly or everything at the beginning?

Well, all the games have been blacked out on NBA TV, I've just had audio. I guess most of the games for Xmas day/the Kings Lakers Game will be on TV?

I think I love you/

:)

This might seem out of place, but it is nice to see you posting around here again, VF21. I've been lurking these forums far before I created my account, so I remember how often you used to post, and I noticed you seemed to have stopped posting as of late. But yeah, glad to see you're still on board with the Kings :D

Bajaden, after reading your post last night when we got back from Christmas at our daughte's I checked the Dish Network guide and found the game in HD on Alt 444. Thank you for your suggestion. I now remember way back when we first started watching the Kings we would find their games on the the Alt channels.
