I hate constantly pulling for Donte only to see him fumble passes and shoot air balls. Oh well, I'll still stick by him...

I think most of us are sticking by him and rooting for him. But, as Entity has said, he's just not ready yet. Let him work his way into the rotation at his own pace. As I mentioned, Martin played virtually NO MINUTES his first year. Some of us were very impatient about it. But look at him now. Greene's time will come if he's good enough.

That's a good point that I'll have to remember. It's so easy to overlook when we see Kevin now, but it definitely didn't come right away.

Oh good grief. I swear to the great God Naismith if they don't get rid of Angela Tsai soon I'm going to do something drastic. I've already resorted to hitting the mute button the moment I hear the beginning of her high-pitched whiny voice. I cannot possibly imagine how the marketing people can believe she's any kind of an asset.

easy shes hot

Exactly Right. Not only did Kevin Martin almost never get into the game his first year but, he was left off Kings playoff roster that season. Back to to the amazing Donte Greene - apparently the new fan favorite - at least some of them who also tried to tell us Justin Williams was the new IT!! Donte is just toooo greeen! He has such a long way to go and so much to prove. He can start doing it in practice, then get some garbage time and then get into some part of the rotation.

It is indeed comforting to know that, in an ever-changing world, neither rain, nor sleet, nor gloom of night will keep the Clippers from their appointed rounds... of suckitude...

In all fairness, Martin was on a playoff team and didnt get playing time.

Were talking about the 13 win - 1st pick bound sacramento kings now.

Bare with me, I saw Gerald Green ROT on the bench in Boston (When they were terrible) for 2 years and look at him now.

Hey, at least Justin is still participating in the world of pro basketball, unlike the sorry coaches that refused to play him.

Justin Williams had every opportunity in the world to prove himself. It's not the fault of the coaches that he had the basketball acumen of a cantaloupe. And are you sure he's still playing anywhere?

I may be forgetful, but I will swear that Kevin was left off the playoff roster his rookie season. They had to cut one to meet the limit of players who could be on the roster, and Kevin was it.

Justin is tearing up the D-League. NOT!!!

His stats are very mediocre for the Dakota Wizzards - imagine being stuck there over winter:eek:

Here's results of his last two NBA stops referencing Wikipedia:

Williams was brought to Golden State Warriors training camp on September 27, 2008 but he was cut after appearing in two pre-season games.

On October 18, 2008 Williams was signed by the Charlotte Bobcat. But six days later, he was waived again after failing to impress in three pre-season games.

Yep. I mentioned Kevin was left off - and he was. It was also confirmed earlier this evening on KHTK - during pre-game I believe.

Yep. And it motivated him to prove himself worthy of a slot for the next season, which he did!

Yeah, not, he's been playing in Europe and Israel. And Dahntay Jones has gotten 35% more NBA minutes and almost 6 times as many starting opportunities this year as 5 of our current roster combined (Greene not among them). But, what does the rest of the world know, eh? I mean, compared to our all-knowing, fired & unemployed Sactown coaches?

I think the Clippers are easliy the worst team in the league... when they are off... they are OFF. At least the Kings try and usually get things close "most" of the time. And we see effort most of the time, but not the Clippers. They look like they couldn't care less, and the reality is that they probably can't. The only thing that seperates them from have more losses than us is the fact that they do have good players who explode every once in a while. Kevin Explodes but i've yet to see him take over a game to a point where the other team might as well give up. Baron Davis has that ability on the other hand.

I like McCants and what he brings off the bench. He can score in the post and get to the rim which we need, along with his physical presence. He's a very active player. He can get a little trigger happy though.
