That would be the type of deal you could pull off. The thing is, yes, the Kings will have SOME cap space likely but again, is it worth playing that game again? Sure, they scored on Whiteside but he'll be looking for pay bump I'm sure.

Evan would more than likely be a rental, but we do have some extra second rounders laying around. Its also possible that Buddy gets traded in the off season and then you have Fournier potentially to re-sign. Not advocating for it, just some possibilities

I don't think Buddy is getting dealt any time soon unless as part of a package for a star. At this point I highly doubt they touch their best 5 man unit with Monte's affinity for advanced stats.

oh man, what a weekend...

two games in some normal time for us, europeans, and two wins

from a tanking bandwagon to a "let push for a playoffs" bandwagon
and even if we fail, i'll be fine... i trust this team more than a 2018/19 team and won't mind some 13-14th pick at the end of a season.

fox is finally mature and far more versatile player, offensively
even hield didn't give me a grey hair with his brain farts

I don’t know if the Kings will make the playoffs this year or not but I truly believe that one day Fox and Tyrese will bring that trophy to Sactown that was stolen from Webber and company two decades ago.
I figure that 3 teams out of Sacramento, Golden State, Pheonix, and San Antonio will make the playoffs. Can we have a better season than atleast one of PHX, San Antonio, or Golden State? I think we can.

How long before Curry is hurt again? He's playing 33.7 min/game to lead the warriors.

Fox has clearly taken another step, starting about 2 weeks ago. Just a different player altogether. Instead of waiting for opportunities, he's just making the opportunities himself and it's winning all these games that the Kings would normally lose in the 4th.

But gotta give it to Walton, he coached a really good game today, made good plays out of timeouts.

Also called timeouts at the best possible times.

Still would love to see less CoNo, but that is not gonna happen.

Yes, as usual I'd like to see deeper bench involvement probing to make bench stronger and deeper - is Jabari Parker completely out of shape for a Barnes stand-in? Or is his backs still iffy? Watching some older highlights, his offense can look impressive.

Fox’s use of his downshifting ability is wrecking defenders. He is so under control now in the lane - until he decides to explode.

He reminds me an awful lot of Michael Conley in his prime - but even more atheletic I think - better jumping ability, maybe a tad quicker even. Fox is really mixing it up and attacking - honestly a bit worried for injury how hard he's playing. I think he is living up to the perception of being the quickest player in the league. Would love to see him clock some straight-line times--- 40 / 100
