Is anyone surprised by Ray? I'm surprised a little but apparently saw more in the summer league than most people saw. All I want is a guy who will distribute the ball and be able to hit an occasional shot and play defense!!!! It's difficult not to compare him with IT's mentality but I will resist the temptation.

Maybe. I always assumed he just looked bad in practice and now I suspect that wasn't true. I'd rather we had developed him than showcasing Thornton. Showcasing is a concept I don't like at all and I really wonder if it happens as much as people think.
