76ers are looking to move there pick. Kings get younger w/ Dalembert and #12. Salaries may not work but with a tweak here and there it may work.

I really don't see the incentive for either team...Sixers get older and lose a lotto pick and the kings become instantly one of the worst shooting teams in the league.

True, but without a structured offense like Adelmans, Bibby and Miller are less effective. May be pick some up a shooter via draft and free agency.
