Keegan Murray is now shooting 41.5% on 5.9 3PA/G. He’s on pace to become the first rookie in NBA history to shoot 40+ percent on 5.5+ 3PA/G for a season. #SacramentoProud pic.twitter.com/2VuyfX1wIv

confidence can take your game from good to great if it all clicks, let's see if this is a start of something for the rest of the season.

Keegan Murray is the first Sacramento Kings rookie to score 29+ points and grab 14+ rebounds in a game since Lionel Simmons (33 PTS, 14 REB) did so back on February 12, 1991.

Almost 32 years. Historic night for Murray.pic.twitter.com/zPMBfU5Urh
Is this good? (Also surprised Boogie didn't do this)
He still needs help from his coach though. He needs a bit more of the offense. Unless he wants to go 10-12 every night. haha.
coach is doing all he can for him. constantly telling him about his mistakes, starting him and playing him 30+ minutes on the regular
Keegan Murray is a historic shooter for a rookie. 5-7 from 3 tonight puts him at 41.5% on the season on high volume (5.9 3PA). How many 6-8 dudes are hitting movement shots like this? pic.twitter.com/Y5aftlEjwS

One question.Any questions?
"Just not relying on Domas to get all the rebounds. Getting in there and trying to get at the high point, be assertive... it's just a different mindset that kinda flipped for me just not relying on other people. I feel like Mike getting on me kinda lit a fire..."

No doubt and as I brought it up in the other thread, I think there is a plan. Brown has ever so slowly been incorporating more of Keegans comfort sets into the playbook.
Gonna guess the percentage is better for Keegan. From Kings PR: Keegan Murray is the second-fastest player to reach 100 career 3PM, tied with Luka Doncic.

this is necessary because you don't want Fox taking 20+ shots on low efficiency and getting gassed by the end of the game. All starters should have somewhere between 12-15 FGA to spread the wealth and they are all capable. Even Monk has helped the Kings win some games.
I don't think this team really knows how good it is, or how good it can be.
I'm hopingis Mike the one who will unleash this?
this is a pretty big quote here. That assertiveness on the boards might translate to the rest of his game. It’s the main thing that has held him back a bit

He was an ideal pick for what Kings are trying to achieve this season. And lately he has been arguably the best rookie in the league, at least in terms of impactHe played like a #4 pick tonight. His shot is so money.
Oh we are going to be SCARY lmao whoa"Just not relying on Domas to get all the rebounds. Kings are on a 6 game winning streak and their early season 6th man of the year candidate has been mostly brutal during this stretch.Team has potential for sureI don't think this team really knows how good it is, or how good it can be.
