KF: "Unofficial" Draft Thread - Rampant Speculation and Who the Kings Should Pick

The thread in the NBA forum seems to be for factual discussions of the actual picks, so I thought maybe we should have a thread for speculation and discussions of how everything affects the Kings.

The fun is really going to begin with the #2 pick. Or maybe the #3. Ok, #4.

Here's where it gets interesting. Does Seattle keep it? Do they go with Brook Lopez? Jerryd Bayless? If Eric Gordon or Westbrook go here, might be an indication the Clippers or someone else traded up.

Oh wow. #4 Russell Westbrook. Really really was hoping there would be some way he'd fall. Now the question is --- how far does Jerryd Bayless fall?

Also, gotta wonder if the Sonics ended up trading this pick afterall. I guess we'll find out.

That would be tight if Bayless is there at #12. I doubt it, but I saw one mock draft that had him falling to us and thought the would be the best possible scenerio ever for us. LOL

Wow Westbrook over Bayless. Terrible pick in my opinion, Bayless is better in almost ever aspect besides defense.

If they move this pick to NY or the Clippers then it makes more sense otherwise this was a awful pick by Seattle.

That's the one I saw. That would be tight, but I doubt he will fall that far. Never know though. I am a Chiefs fan and I never in my wildest dreams thought Glenn Dorsey would fall to #5 in the NFL draft.

Bad pick by the Sonics I think, not that I don't like Westbrook, but it just seems like Lopez, or Bayless would fit their roster a lot better, and Bayless is also the most talented player still available imo.
