Kevin Martin

Same as always....will he finally become a consistent big time player? (that one, fortunately, is looking better and better all the time)

2-Will Rick give him any minutes at all once Peja, Wells and Reef return? Or will he be put back on junk time duty? Can he get the minutes he needs once our 3 starters come back? Or will Petrie finally get it and trade Peja?

Let's see. The Kings are 7-1 when he scores 14 or more. As a starter his numbers are pretty awesome....AND consistent, go figure. If we want him to be a 'big time' player, he would have to get playing time CONSISTENT to being a big time player.

Great game by Kevin. AGAIN!!!

This is a fine young man - and an asset to our Kings.

It was, in case anyone doesn't realize it, HIS DEFENSE against Nash was very important.

Great game, Kevin!!!!!

Kevin

Ummmmm....
I believe Napear gave the credit for guarding Nash to ah.....Bibby. Go figure! Sometimes I think he has a little TV at his feet, watching another game.

He made Nash look like the 2nd year player tonight. He is making me eat my words on a nightly basis and I love it! Great effort(again) by Kevin! Again... whatever Adelman is saying to him keep saying it... Kobe is up next.

Yeah, we caught that, too. LOL

The Phx TV Station just did an interview of Kevin after the game. He was named "player of the game". Kevin did a great job in the interview. Who would have ever thought a kid from Z'ville would have made it so big?

Let's just take a few minutes and enjoy the buzz from tonight. Kevin had a superlative game - AGAIN - and that's about all we could ask, especially against the division leading Phoenix Suns.

Mad props to Kevin!

And to think it is only the beginning. Kevin has finally been given the opportunity and he is really showing that he is a fine player.
