Can we stop this please? We all know that Martin is a GREAT #2 option and possibly the #1 scoring option. I mean he's injured for 20 games, then he comes back and has two 40 point games off the bench....then one 20 point night on average shooting and everyone thinks he's a "roleplayer". Then he comes back with a few more 25-30 point games, then a 15 point game and he's ones again a "roleplayer". Give me a break. Give the guy some credit, no one thought he would be anything in this league so lets be glad about where he is at.

I'm not even convinced he's the #2 guy on an elite team so much as #3 (Ray Allen/Rashard Lewis as opposed to the multifaceted #2s like Pierce or Hedo), but I agree this has to stop. There is no need for a Kevin Martin ain't all that thread after every single game. Most of us already have agreed on that, and those that haven't...never will. So how about enough with these unless he goes into some horrific slump or something.
