SAR can be instant offense coming from da bench
thats the same thing I was saying about Kenny at the beginning of the season, too...but we now know THAT isnt true.hey_gripboy said:SAR can be instant offense coming from da bench

Why not start both? Looks like the Kings could use a starting SF...Rain man said:Just one- so who starts now, KT or SAR? No need to worry about it tonight- celebrate the win, worry about that tomorrow...

nbrans said:I'm wtih playmaker. KT shouldn't be rewarded for sucking off the bench and SAR shouldn't be punished for playing well off the bench. KT has been fine as a starter, his rebounding is definitely better than SAR's, but SAR's defense is better, and he's actually a low post presence and generates high percentage shots. KT does an admirable job posting up as long as he is playing against Luke Walton.
Once SAR is 100%, back to the starting job.

I am not a Kings fan, I am a KT fan. And he has got nothing but crap from Kings fans since he was traded there. He didn't ask for the trade.
He was misused in college as a post player, and it has taken him a long time to change his game. He has had to lose a lot of weight, work on his shooting and ball handling. He has always been a great passer. And he has really improved his rebounding.
I'm glad to see fans starting to cut him some slack. He has always played in the shadow of star players (AI in Philly, Francis in Houston) and has not got the credit he deserves. Two years ago he averaged a double-double and he can do that as a starter.
